We founded Mayfair School Of Motoring with one goal in mind: giving our students the best, most rewarding learning experience.
We have been teaching people to drive for over 30 years now in Bedford, Sandy and Biggleswade areas.
Mayfair School Of Motoring is located in Blunham and reflects the vibrant energy of the area. Our passionate and skilled team members are here to help students achieve their goals. We are a family business, who has taught many families.
We consist of experienced male and female instructors, husband and wife, Colin and June Knott and their son Paul Knott.

Getting your provisional licence
Before you can start driving on the road you’ll need a provisional licence, which currently costs £34.
Where?
The quickest way to apply for your provisional licence is online at GOV.UK. You’ll need a debit or credit card, proof of your identity (such as your passport) and your address details for the last three years.
What Else?
You can also apply using a D1 form, which you can get from any post office. Find out more about applying by post at GOV.UK.
You can apply up to three months before your 17th birthday (or when you’re 16 if you receive the higher rate of the mobility component of Disability Living Allowance).
